Vrindavan is just 15 km from Mathura and it is a major place of pilgrimage place as it is having more that 500 temples in Vrindavan. Vrindavan is associated with the childhood of Lord Shri Krishna. It is situated 135 kms south of Delhi and 55 km north of Agra, on the banks of Yamuna. The famous ISKCON mission has its base here at Vrindavan. |

| Banke Bihari Temple is the one established by Haridas Swami who found the Deithy at Nidhivana, where Banke Bihari was originally worhsipped. There is a Mangala- Arati once in a year. On Akshaya tritiya only , in the whole year, the feet of the idol can b seen. Here. Huge crowd comes specially in Shravana, during Jhulan Yatra. ISKCON temple is the other major attraction here, because of the beauty of its temples, idols and the atmosphere there. There is another Krishna Balarama Temple, Govindaji Temple, Madan Mohan Temple, Radha-Damodara Temple, Radha-Gokulananda Temple,Radha-Gopinath Temple, Radha- Raman Temple, Sona Gauranga Temple, Radha-Syamasundara Temple, Seva Kunja (Nikunjavan), Gopiswara Mahadeva Temple, Chir Ghat and Imli Tala where pilgrims always like to visit. |
