The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway :

Feel the thrilling experience of 8 to 10 hours journey to Darjeeling through the magic of steam railway in the world. This 86 km journey is a composition of zig zag journey over steep gradients and sharp curves between New Jalpaiguri to Darjeeling .
Route : New Jalpaiguri - Tindharia - Sukna - Rangtong - Chunbati - Ghum – Darjeeling

Timings: New Jalpaiguri Dep: 0730 & 0900 hrs. Darjeeling Arr: 1550 & 1715 hrs.
Darjeeling Dep: 0825 & 0910 hrs. New Jalpaiguri Arr: 1620 & 1730 hrs.

The Kangra Valley Railway :

It's a route among natural beauty which has 20 crossing stations, & passenger halts, 971 bridges on this line. This 4 and half hour journey between Pathankot and Palampur makes you realize the wild beauty and and has only two stoppages at Jwalamukhi and Kangra.
Route : Palampur - Pathankot - Jawalamukhi - Kangra - Joginder Nagar

Kalka-Shimla Railway :  

This grandeur 96 km journey on 2.6 feet narrow gauge track on the foot hills of the Himalayas . The train passes through 103 tunnels and over 869 bridges.
Route : Kalka - Barog - Dharampore - Taksai - Gamma - Solan – Shimla

Nilgiri Mountain Railway :

The Nilgiri Mountain Railway gives you the pleasure of one of the oldest and steepest, railway systems in the world. This superb journey is for 5 hours which makes us the blend of Nature cum Past Intelligent Technology upto the Ootacamund. The total stretch is peaceful and romantic and the train gently chugs through the quiet woods and gentle hills on its way to Ootacamund . The train passes through 250 bridges and 16 tunnels on to the route.
Route : Mettupalayam - Coonor – Ooty.

Matheran Light Railway

Matheran is 700 feet above sea level, and just 108 km from Mumbai, situated at the edge of the Western Ghats . The whole journey is full of picturesque views and give us a feel of playing in the lap of mother nature.
Route : Neral - Matheran – Neral
Timings : Toy train starting from Neral at 8.40 am, 11 am and 5 pm. In the opposite direction at 5.45 am, 1.10 pm and 2.35 pm. The total route is of 13 km.
