Goan Beaches are no doubt can be said to be the Paradise on this earth. Spending holidays here becomes precious memories for every tourist. The stunning natural beauty of these beaches always attracts a tourist to visit again and again. The culture and treatment to tourist over here is totally different from the rest of India. | Anjuna Beach : |
| It is the most famous Beach in India and among Goa too which is just 18 kms from Panaji and is adjacent to Chapora Fort. Anjuna beach is popular with the younger generation.. Nearby attractions to the Anjuna beach is magnificent Albuquerque Mansion built in 1920 which is known for their octagonal towers and attractive Mangalore tiled roofs. |
| Arambol Beach : |
| This is also one of the famous Beaches in India and Goa and just 50 kms from Panaji. The beach is 16 km long having mixed look of rocky and sandy. This beach is accompanied by a sweet water pond right on the shore. You can visit several attractive bays at walking distance also. |

Agonda Beach :
The distance of this Goan Beach is just 37 kms from Marmagoa. The important characteristics of this beach are it is small, picturesque and secluded; and is much sought after for its serenity. This Goan Beach can be a sheer delight if a person really want to feel the sea, himself and tranquility. |

Baga Beach : |
| This Goan Beach is also a small Beach in between two equally famous cousins, Colva on one side and Calangute on the other. It is a serene place to enjoy some private moments if you don't like the hustle and bustle of Colva or Calangute beaches. The beach is ideal for fishing with international tourists marinating in the sun and domestic visitors paddling the boat. The beach mesmerizes the tourists with its brown sand and palm groves which come fairly close to the water's edge. On one side of beach is the Baga River offering a pleasant diversion for children and water lovers. The meeting point of the river and the sea is bordered by a group of black rocks against which the sea crashes in dramatic explosions of spray. |

| Benaulim Beach : |
| The Benaulim Beach is lying at the end of Colva beach. Many tourist still don't know about this pleasant and quiet being a fishing beach, it gets fairly crowded in the evenings and on weekends. Nearby to it is The Church of St John which is worth a visit. |

Candolim Beach :
Candolim is the best beach if you want privacy and time with your favourite one, as this beach is not having much facilities so to enjoy nature and its adventure this beach is the perfect one and above all less crowded. There is delicious and quality sea-food available which is made just in front of you by the experienced people.

The Calangute Beach is 16 kms away from the capital city Panaji. This is also the most popular holiday resort in Goa. The other name which is very popular about this beach is "The Queen of Beaches" and consists of excellent accommodation facilities at the tourist resorts and cottages. The beach is equipped with all kinds of modern amenities and fully equipped with the attractions which a tourist always wish for. It is on the shores of the Arabian Sea of North Goa. The name of the beach is a matter of confusion as some says that it is a distortion of the local vernacular word, 'Koli-gutti', which means the 'land of fishermen', Some connect it with 'Kalyan-gutti', the 'village of art' or 'Konvallo-ghott', the 'strong pit of the coconut tree' as the village nearby is full of coconut trees. Once, Calangute was the most haunted beach among the hippies during Christmas celebration. People still have lots of stories about their celebration and party culture. The best time of the year to enjoy this beach is in between September and March. |

| Dona Paula Beach : |
| This picturesque Beach lies just 7 km away from the state capital Panaji. The beach got its name after Dona Paula De Manezes. It gives a fine view of the Zuari River and Marmagoa Harbour. This is an idyllic spot to relax, for sunbathe and water sports such as water scootering. The beach is beautifully created by mother nature between the Mandovi and the Zuari. At the Dona Paula Bay, two of Goa's famous rivers meet the Arabian Sea. It is also called the “Lovers Paradise” due to a myth attached to the place. Visiting this beach will make you thrilled about the true heaven created by the Supreme Power God. Apart from all these beaches, Goa also has The Vagator, Palolem, Miramar,Majorda, Colva and Cavelossim Beach are the other most popular of Beaches where you get the same treatment but can be differentiate only on the basis of facilities.
