| Umrongso or Umrongshu : |
This beautiful hill station is situated 112 kms away from Haflong on the borders of Assam and Meghalaya. The journey becomes immemorable when we travel from Haflong Hill to Umrangshu and from there via Jowai to Shillong hill. It has its attraction also because of the natural backdrop of North Cacher Hills region. There is also hot water spring (Garampani) which is said to have medicinal properties near Umrangshu. |
