Panna Wildlife National Park :

panna is in the lap of Vindhyan hill range in the Northern Part of the Indian State Madhya Pradesh. It also has the Ken River in between which flows through the reserve. The Ken river is also having several aquatic fauna like Snouted crocodile (gharial) and Marsh Crocodile. The whole area is full of greenery, extensive plateaus and gorges.

The region is also famous for its diamonds. This Park is known worldwide for its wild cats, including tigers as well as deer and antelope. Other beautiful wild fauna are Sambar and Chital. The reserve is having ancient rock paintings also which are supposed to be around two thousand years old. This park is becoming a major tourist attraction now a days also due to its closeness to one of the world famous tourist attraction in India i.e. Khajuraho.

Uniqueness : Whole reserve is divided by Ken river.
Best Season : January to Mar.

By Air : Khajuraho which is 32 kms away.
By Rail : Nearest Railway Station is Chhatarpur (M.P.)
